Tasha Williams, PhD, HSPP, ABPdN
Neuropsychologist
Dr. Tasha Williams completed her doctorate in School Psychology at Ball State University with specializations in Neuropsychology and Counseling Psychology in 2005. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and Residency at Fort Wayne Neurological Center. and continues to work with a wide variety of patients from pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. She has a particular interest in working with children under the age of five. Dr. Williams has done presentations focused on Alzheimer's disease and Autism Spectrum Disorders for various community groups. She also has served on the Advisory Board for A Day Away Adult Daycare. Dr. Williams has been involved in research focused on academic achievement of students in charter schools, Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, and assessment and instruction of high achieving and gifted children. Her research in the assessment of high achieving and gifted children was presented at the 2007 American Psychological Association meeting as a part of a symposium. Dr. Williams is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology and the American Psychological Association. Outside of her work with Fort Wayne Neurology, she has interests in the areas of conflict resolution and issues of diversity. She co-leads diversity workshops for college students and other organizations.
