Kelly Hoover, PhD, HSPP
Neuropsychologist
Dr. Kelly Hoover completed her doctoral training in School Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology at Ball State University in 2018. She completed her pre-doctoral internship and postdoctoral residency at Fort Wayne Neuropsychology. She is both a licensed psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP). Dr. Hoover has published or presented research related to psychological/neuropsychological assessment, neurodevelopmental disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD). She also co-wrote a book chapter entitled, Understanding and treating children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders for the APA Handbook of Psychopathology. As a staff neuropsychologist at Fort Wayne Neuropsychology, Dr. Hoover works with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients with a range of neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive concerns. Specific areas of interest include attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, dementia, stroke, and pre-surgical evaluations.
